Project Hosts CEO Scott Chapman recently joined ACT on behalf of Project Hosts after a discussion on how the Patriot Act has effectively killed our ability to get hosting business from Europe. Chapman is expected to talk with lawmakers or their staff about various subjects pertaining to small business such as hosting and cyber security.
