A big shout out and “thank you” to all our partners and supporters at the recent Project Conference 2014 event.  As always, the “Cloud” was a huge hit at this conference, and we were delighted to get a mention in the Keynote for our new SSRS Report Enabler for Project Online, as well as the strong interest and ongoing support of our Project Server Custom Cloud deployments.

As many of us had predicted, Project Online is making inroads into new places while countering other online competitors that up until now, have had it too easy.  The result: it’s a rising tide for all Microsoft Project Server based clouds – including Public Clouds (the shared, multitenant Project Online), and Private Clouds (our dedicated white-glove service Custom Cloud).  It was great that Ludovic Hauduc (Microsoft GM)  stopped by our booth and said, “I’m Ludo and I approve this message.”

It was also a great opportunity to map out some 2014 plans with our partners, discuss opportunities, and help partners with their private cloud deployments for enterprise clients, government agencies, and their own application demonstration needs.  Finally, we hope you all enjoyed the tremendous Attendee Evening Event we sponsored at the House of Blues.  Thanks to all for a great show, strong partnerships, and fun team building.  Here’s a short video of Scott Chapman sitting in with the band!
