The recent Microsoft Convergence Conference in San Diego highlighted the promise of hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. Multiple conference sessions discussed Microsoft’s CRM solution with Microsoft Partners and customers presenting details on successful implementations. Two sessions included one of Project Hosts‘s on demand Microsoft CRM customers: Jennifer Grassan of real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle. Jennifer discussed their use of hosted CRM services from Project Hosts to help in their evaluation and scoping process across their worldwide subsidiaries. After using on demand Microsoft CRM to spec out their solution, JLL installed Microsoft CRM on-premise and they are actively rolling it out worldwide.
Other sessions highlighted customer survey results that clearly demonstrated the perceived value of Microsoft CRM versus systems that were not tightly integrated with Outlook. Microsoft representatives touted sales wins against both on demand CRM systems as well as enterprise software solutions. The future for Microsoft CRM looks bright!
